Description

This bright and sunny, first floor, open entry way Villamare condo is freshly remodeled and ready to become your beach paradise. This home features luxury plank flooring and tile throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have new cabinetry and beautiful granite counter tops. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a new washer and dryer set. The living area has a new comfortable queen size sleeper and ample seating for the whole family. The dining room table seats six and there is seating for two at the kitchen counter. There is a new flat screen TV and DVD player in the family room with premium cable with 200+ channels as well as free high speed internet.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private en-suite including a walk in shower and double granite sinks. The balcony off the living room is also connected to the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a private balcony. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TVs.

It is easy access to the beach, large oceanfront pool and heated Jacuzzi from this first floor villa. No need for the elevator! There is also an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room exclusively for Villamare guests. The villa is equipped with a keyless entry system to enhance security and remove the worry of losing keys. Each renter is assigned a unique code that is activated at check-in and the former tenant's code is deactivated when they check-out.

Condo had every amenity we were looking for, indoor and out. The place was clean and the communication with the property manager was great. The outdoor grill area was a pleasant surprise. The grills were clean, there was shade, a beautiful view, and plenty of seating areas. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first experience using Airbnb and I have to say, I regret that we have spent so much on multiple hotel rooms for past vacations. Margot was able to confirm our reservation quickly and on very short notice. We had arrived on the island at another Airbnb and had some pretty serious sanitation and safety concerns with the condo. Airbnb took care of us and refunded the remainder of that stay, so we were faced with cancelling our vacation and driving home or finding another place. To our delight, we found the condo at Villamare and everything fell into place. Upon arrival, we were easily able to get our parking pass and had no trouble finding the complex. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked. There were even things that we hadn’t considered that we might need, like a box fan to help with sleep. Super easy beach access, large pool outside, indoor pool when raining, and so much more. I emphatically recommend Beach Bum Property Management and will definitely be back!

We have stayed in Villamere multiple times, and are never disappointed! The condo is very clean and well stocked and suited to be the perfect home base for our busy vacation plans! While you won’t have the ocean views…you are mere steps away from the pool and beach access. Villamere is a great overall location for the golf enthusiast and has all basic needs met within the Palmetto Dunes area. No complaints on this particular unit!

We just got home from a ten day stay in this great condo. Arrival was easy and the place was clean. The rooms are spacious and updated. As mentioned by previous reviewers, the condo does come with some noise. Villamare is a beautiful resort on the beach. We didn’t use the grill area until towards the end of our trip, but wish we would have more. It has grills and several tables for outdoor dining. There were three other families we knew staying at Villamare and it was great to be able to easily meet out on the beach and also use the pool and hot tub. Overall, a great condo and location close to the beach

We were rarely in the condo during the day, but you could hear it early in the morning. I would still stay in the unit again, so obviously it wasn’t a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Great place to enjoy Hilton Head. The grounds are impeccable. The short walk to pool and beach is super easy. Unit was nicely decorated and great layout for a family of 6.

My wife and I came with 2 young children and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and spacious. It’s a very short walk to get to pool and beach and only a couple minute car ride to all the stores/shopping/groceries. The palmetto dunes is a beautiful community and the villamare property is very well kept. I definitely recommend to anyone else interested.

Family of four. We enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. Pros: very close to the beach, access to pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and various restaurants. Inside of the condo is nice and appears to have recently been remodeled. Also has a full kitchen with a washer and drier. The master bed is very comfortable. Improvements: the AC can only be turned down to 75 or the system will freeze up (per the owner directions in the condo). During our stay the temperature outside was colder than in the apartment on some days. Also, the two queen beds are very uncomfortable and probably need replacing. Overall, we would most likely book this condo again on a return vacation. A group of 6 should be very well accommodated here. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!
