23 Night Heron

This is a bright home with beach decor and amenities to enjoy beach-oriented living. A wraparound back porch allows you to enjoy the forest setting and lagoon. The two bedrooms and one bathroom accommodate up to four people. The house is located in the Night Heron community, which is just inside the Sea Pines Ocean gate. It is located just a 5 minute walk from a very uncrowded part of the Sea Pines beach.

The Night Heron homes are free-standing, nestled in saw palmettos, palms, live oaks festooned with Spanish moss, tall long-needle pines, and surrounded by lagoons. Night Heron includes a community pool and is also located near one of the entrances to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Sea Pines has 17 miles of wonderful walking and biking trails, as well as access to famous Harbortown, South Beach, and plantation-wide golf amenities. The home is close to many restaurants and attractions both in Sea Pines and nearby Coligny Plaza. This property rents at a reasonable rate.

This is the place for you to spend some relaxing time near the beach in private accommodations. Hilton Head Island has a long history of habitation and has become a wonderful destination for beach-oriented vacations. Sea Pines, located on the toe of Hilton Head Island, is the site of world-class golf, housing, restaurants, numerous leisure activities, all in a forested and tranquil setting surrounded by the ocean. Sea Pines has uncrowded beaches and Leeward Breezes is in a private, quiet part of Sea Pines, just inside the Sea Pines' Ocean Gate.

This is a free-standing home in a very quiet community surrounded by nature. The community pool is close, as well as an uncrowded beach and ocean just a short walk away. There are 17 miles of biking and walking trails in Sea Pines. You can walk or bike on the beach for miles too. Activity and amenities are convenient. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, and sports (golf, tennis, kayaking, fishing, sailing) activities are available within Sea Pines or just outside it at Coligny Plaza, near the popular public beach located there. Other Activities: boogie boarding, skim boarding, horseback riding are available in Sea Pines. Zip lining is also available nearby.

Hilton Head offers over twelve miles of gorgeous beach. Our home is located in the middle of the most desirable mile. The nearest public access (Forest Beach at Coligny Circle) is over a mile to the north. The nearest hotel is a mile to the south. In between those two points the majority of homes are single-family units. The multi-story villas and apartments available for rent are adjacent to Forest Beach. What all of this means is that very few people have easy access to the long, wide and beautiful section of beach in front of Night Heron. You will appreciate the privacy and available space to put your beach chair and relax. And it is only a seven-minute walk (2/10 mile) on your private path to the dunes. "Just Imagine" at Night Heron is a free standing home shaded by towering Long Needle and Loblolly Pines. All landscaping is natural with fan-like Saw Palmettos, Cabbage Palms, and native grasses with ancient Live Oaks draped with a profusion of Spanish moss.
