The house was completely remodeled recently and features hardwood floors throughout the house. It offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The brand-new kitchen includes Bosch appliances and marble countertops and is equipped with all the tools required to cook a perfect meal. It opens up to the grand, open dining area and living room. Enjoy your breakfast at the breakfast bar.

Sit in front of the fireplace and listen to music over our Sonos music system or watch TV when spending time in the cozy living room.

All this is rounded off by a private enclosed deck where you can finish your day with a BBQ or a drink in our outdoor lounge.

2 Dewberry has a close proximity to all of the many amenities Sea Pines has to offer. The beach is only a short bike ride away or use the trolley service to the beach from Sea Pines Center which is only a short walk away.

The Greenwood community park is just around the corner and offers: pool (open from mid April to mid October), tennis court, basketball court, and playground.

The Sea Pines Center-Shopping Center is located near the pool area and is easily within walking distance of this Sea Pines neighborhood and includes: Low Country Produce, Truffles Café, Giuseppe's Pizza, Sea Pines Fitness Center, and much more.

You in for a Golf trip? The famous Harbour Town Golf Links Golf course, the Heron Point Golf course as well as the new Atlantic Dunes Golf course are just minutes away.

Other amenities: Horseback riding and petting zoo at Lawton Stables, an outdoor exploration at the gorgeous Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Family activities, shopping and dining at Harbour Town.

Second time in Greenwood Forest but first time at Margot's place. we love this location because it's a short walk to the trolley stop which takes you everywhere in Sea Pines - Beach Club, Harbourtown, South Beach, or the Stables. House was clean, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of beds, great big table for meals or late night card games. Loved the back patios for morning coffee. Great place to stay.

2 Dewberry Lane was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The outside space is private and we enjoyed spending time out there in the mornings. The community pool is very close by and easy to access. This was, by far, the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced in terms of utensils, cookware and appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean as well as the bathrooms. The trails surrounding the house will get you anywhere via bike or foot and are beautiful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
