16 Night Heron Sea Pines

This newly updated two bedroom, two bath Night Heron bungalow is just a 4-5 minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from the pool. The Night Heron area is quiet, private and the homes are nestled into the beautiful pine tree and green lush landscape. The gorgeous hardwood floors and light and airy living space with blue, teal and gray hues greets you as you walk in the front door. There is amble seating space to watch TV or read a book. The dining table easily sits 4 with comfy wicker chairs. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room where there is a queen size pull out couch. The kitchen nook - with an island for additional counter space - has everything you need with stove, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker with the cabinets and drawers fully stocked with whatever you need.

In the master bedroom you will see the continuation of the beautiful hard wood floors as well as colors that coordinate with the rest of the house and match the beach theme. The washer/dryer is tucked in the corner and a full private bathroom is inside as well as a flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom which is rare in these Night Heron homes. A set of twin beds, a flat screen TV and the same hard wood and beach decor await.

The patio boasts a gas grill, a table and four chairs and two chairs and a table to enjoy the beach breezes and lush landscape. The home is also pet friendly, so bring along your pup to enjoy the pet friendly beaches. This home also has two dedicated parking spaces which is also rare for the Night Heron area.

The living spaces were bigger than I expected. Everything was nice and updated, including the kitchen tools. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk down to the beach path. And it was great having a pool close by as well. The deck outside was very spacious. Perfect for setting out everything to dry off that we needed to.

We found the home to be exactly what our family of four (and our dog) was looking for. It was clean, comfortable, & easily accessible to shopping & restaurants. The beach is an easy walk, & the pool was even closer. We’ve stayed many times in HHI & even several years in another Night Heron home, but this is our favorite. Our family is already making plans to return to this home.

This house was just as the online listing promised. The property was clean and nicely decorated . Its location was super and very dog friendly and close to the beach plus the owner was very helpful. We’d stay there again.

A very attractive and well decorated villa. Best kitchen design of any we have stayed in, as well as most completely equipped with a full range of amenities. The owners appear to have gone out of their way to provide exemplary comfort and efficiency.

Comfortable little bungalow in Sea Pines. Spacious kitchen & living room area. Bedrooms are good size. Showers are a bit compact but it was ok. Heads up that Sea Pines is a gated community. You will get 1 car pass. All others pay $9 a day or $25 for the week if someone else has the pass and they plan on coming/going. Great area central to shopping and restaurants. Check out the Salty Dog in Sea Pines and the Park Cinema is a real treat. Leather reclining chairs, bar, food and only 10 minutes from the house.

The bungalow was adorable and equipped with everything you could possibly need, plenty of places to sit in the living room. The beds were comfortable I would definitely stay again. Wildlife was abundant and the beach was close by. Plenty or restaurants tour to take and nice shops everywhere.

My husband, pup Daisy and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It has all the household items needed to prepare meals and was a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed biking the trails to the forest preserve to see the shell ring! The location was easy to find from the entrance to Sea Pines and was a great base to visit Coligny plaza, Salty Dog and Harbor Town. We enjoyed our visit to this pet friendly location. Location was quiet and easy parking as well.

What a wonderful place!!! So glad and lucky to have found this lovely secluded dog-friendly cottage with bike trails galore and easy beach access across the street! This cottage was just perfect for us and so relaxing to enjoy with our two little dogs. We are from Pennsylvania, so we have always visited the Jersey Shore each summer. This Hilton Head Island vacation has changed our ways - Goodbye Jersey Shore - HELLO Hilton Head! We shall return!

This property was such fun! Nicely decorated beach themed! Lots of dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathrooms are small but nothing we couldn’t deal with. There were lots of bees on the back deck but the property manager dealt with it right away. It was about an 8 minute walk to the uncrowded beach. Our dog was welcomed and we had a great time. Would recommend it to anyone!

This house was the perfect size for two adults and two dogs. The location is fantastic and minutes from the beach on foot and in a quiet location. The home is tastefully decorated and well stocked with quality home goods (dishes, utensils, pots etc) in just the right amounts. We would definitely stay there again of we got back to Hilton Head.

Loved the location and the bungalow was nicer than the pics show. Very clean, bright and well decorated. Lots of biking and walking paths and a straight easy path to the beach. The wildlife was also very cool, including the gators that hang in the lagoons. Will definitely be back! My dogs loved it as well. Lots of pet people rented during my stay in Night Heron and everyone was super friendly. Loved it!

My husband and I rented this villa for a week and were thoroughly pleased. The unit was very well appointed, with everything we needed for the week. I liked that there were 3 tvs. I am not a football fan, so we each had a tv! The beach was less than a 10 minute, so lots of long beach walks. We appreciated the water bowls for our pups they supplied. We definitely will rent here again!

Our rental, 16 Night Heron, was exactly as advertised. It was spotless and had all of the amenities we wanted. We enjoyed the privacy of the gated community, the short walk to the beach and the area restaurants. If you want to stay "home" and relax, the bungalow has a great deck. From the time we made the reservation through our departure, all aspects of our visit were seamless.

This is a great property! The pictures are accurate - the home and furnishings are really nice, the kitchen is well stocked and the patio had seating for everyone and a gas grill (we didn't use). The home is a convenient walk to the pool (under 5 minutes) and beach (about 10 minutes - the access is right across from the end of the street). It was centrally located and you could get about anywhere within ten minutes. Perfect for our trip with a friend and doggies! We will gladly stay again.

The property was just as posted, it had all the essentials needed for our stay. The villa was cleaned well and had enough space for 3 adults in my family. We enjoyed the close proximity of the beach as it was a short walk. The property manager made arrangements for bike rentals for us and they were there when we arrived. We were most comfortable during out stay in this villa in Sea Pines. My husband and I and my husband's brother found it worked well for all of us. A third brother, his wife and their wonderful dog visited with us and spent time in the villa. They live on the island. It was convenient and provided us easy access to restaurants, beaches, and stores.
