Just a 4–5 minute walk to the beach, steps from the community pool, and surrounded by lush Lowcountry landscaping, this home blends thoughtful upgrades, comfort, and coastal charm.

A covered front porch welcomes you inside, where new windows and doors fill the home with natural light and enhance both comfort and efficiency. The open family room features gorgeous hardwood floors, coastal tones of blue, teal, and gray, and ample seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. A large flat-screen TV anchors the space, and the queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility.

Just off the family room, a newly added small office offers a quiet workspace — ideal for remote work or planning the next day’s island adventures. The washer and dryer are now conveniently located in a dedicated closet off the family room, keeping the bedrooms serene and uncluttered.

The updated kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring a new coffee bar and pantry area, an island for extra prep space, and everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and fully stocked cabinets. The dining area comfortably seats four with inviting wicker chairs.

The primary bedroom has been thoughtfully expanded and now offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with space designed to accommodate a queen bed and a twin bed. This room includes hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV, and a fully updated en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination and a new vanity.

The second bedroom is a true retreat, now furnished with a king bed, hardwood floors, and its own flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has been beautifully upgraded with a 5-foot tiled walk-in shower and a new vanity. Sliding doors lead to a private Trex deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or quiet evening breezes.

Outdoor living shines here. In addition to the covered front porch, the home features a new, large screened deck with Trex decking, creating an ideal space for dining, lounging, and enjoying the surrounding nature year-round. A gas grill, outdoor dining table, and additional seating make it easy to relax after a beach day. An outdoor shower adds classic Hilton Head convenience.

The living spaces were bigger than I expected. Everything was nice and updated, including the kitchen tools. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk down to the beach path. And it was great having a pool close by as well. The deck outside was very spacious. Perfect for setting out everything to dry off that we needed to.

The beach is an easy walk, & the pool was even closer. We’ve stayed many times in HHI & even several years in another Night Heron home, but this is our favorite. Comfortable little bungalow in Sea Pines. Spacious kitchen & living room area. Bedrooms are good size. Showers are a bit compact but it was ok. Heads up that Sea Pines is a gated community. You will get 1 car pass. All others pay $9 a day or $25 for the week if someone else has the pass and they plan on coming/going. Great area central to shopping and restaurants. Check out the Salty Dog in Sea Pines and the Park Cinema is a real treat. Leather reclining chairs, bar, food and only 10 minutes from the house.

I enjoyed biking the trails to the forest preserve to see the shell ring! The location was easy to find from the entrance to Sea Pines and was a great base to visit Coligny plaza, Salty Dog and Harbor Town. We enjoyed our visit to this pet friendly location. Location was quiet and easy parking as well.

This property was such fun! Nicely decorated beach themed! Lots of dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathrooms are small but nothing we couldn’t deal with. There were lots of bees on the back deck but the property manager dealt with it right away. It was about an 8 minute walk to the uncrowded beach. Our dog was welcomed and we had a great time. Would recommend it to anyone!

This house was the perfect size for two adults and two dogs. The location is fantastic and minutes from the beach on foot and in a quiet location. The home is tastefully decorated and well stocked with quality home goods (dishes, utensils, pots etc) in just the right amounts. We would definitely stay there again of we got back to Hilton Head.

Loved the location and the bungalow was nicer than the pics show. Very clean, bright and well decorated. Lots of biking and walking paths and a straight easy path to the beach. The wildlife was also very cool, including the gators that hang in the lagoons. Will definitely be back! My dogs loved it as well. Lots of pet people rented during my stay in Night Heron and everyone was super friendly. Loved it!

My husband and I rented this villa for a week and were thoroughly pleased. The unit was very well appointed, with everything we needed for the week. I liked that there were 3 tvs. I am not a football fan, so we each had a tv! The beach was less than a 10 minute, so lots of long beach walks. We appreciated the water bowls for our pups they supplied. We definitely will rent here again!

We enjoyed the privacy of the gated community, the short walk to the beach and the area restaurants. If you want to stay "home" and relax, the bungalow has a great deck. This is a great property! The pictures are accurate - the home and furnishings are really nice, the kitchen is well stocked and the patio had seating for everyone and a gas grill (we didn't use). The home is a convenient walk to the pool (under 5 minutes) and beach (about 10 minutes - the access is right across from the end of the street). It was centrally located and you could get about anywhere within ten minutes. Perfect for our trip with a friend and doggies! We will gladly stay again.

A third brother, his wife and their wonderful dog visited with us and spent time in the villa. They live on the island.
