Did you know we coordinate vendor work?
We are available to help the owner by making recommendations for vendors to perform various projects in the home and assisting in securing quotes for those projects. We will be happy to meet with vendors as needed to complete work in your home. When doing this we will let the contractors in to the property and when the work is completed we will return to the property and perform an inspection to ensure that the property is safe and that the work has been completed properly.

Really enjoyed staying here. Waking up in a house without the condo noise and feel was great. There were ten egrets and a heron in the lagoon watching me and our pup have coffee on the deck in the morning. Sea Pines is out of the traffic of Hilton Head so walking all of the trails was a joy. Loved the house. It's right sized and comfy. Felt like I was at home. Clean and open. Lots of light when you want it and privacy when you don't. The blinds were great. The quick walk to the beach just topped off the week. Some days we walked the beach for miles and others just sat and did nothing. What a week. I'll be back and would love to stay here again. Thanks!!
