Did you know we coordinate vendor work?
We are available to help the owner by making recommendations for vendors to perform various projects in the home and assisting in securing quotes for those projects. We will be happy to meet with vendors as needed to complete work in your home. When doing this we will let the contractors in to the property and when the work is completed we will return to the property and perform an inspection to ensure that the property is safe and that the work has been completed properly.

What a great house and a great location for easy access to the beach. Just a very short walk and even quicker bike ride. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I brought my daughter in law and two teens and we all had space to spread out when we were exhausted in the evenings after a long beach day. Enjoyed watching the bikers from the dining room table. We left something behind and when I contacted the hosts they were amazing and very accommodating. I only have good things to say about our stay and our hosts and we will definitely be back. Miss it already!
