This was our 3rd visit to HH. The property was as described, clean, pleasant and functional. The kitchen, despite being on a smaller side (though as expected), had absolutely everything to cook every single meal for 7 days. A/c worked well, remodeled and good size bathroom along with washer and dryer were also a great comfort. Even walking with the kid it only would only take 10 mins to get to the beach. The subdivision itself was pleasant and dog friendly as we had our family dog with us. Outdoor shower and a garden hose were great to rinse all the sand off for the whole family including the dog.
